⚖️ Commercial Use Policy

✅ Allowed Without Additional License (Personal & Indie Use):

You may use these assets in your personal or commercial projects without asking for permission, as long as you meet all of the following conditions:

• You are an individual creator or small indie team

• Your total project revenue is under $2,000

• The assets are used as part of a larger creative work (e.g., a game, map, book, or worldbuilding tool)

• The files are not redistributed or resold in any form, even modified

Examples: Self-published TTRPG module, adventure PDF, printed novel, Patreon worldbuilding project, stream overlays, or indie games.

❌ Not Allowed Without Guild License or Written Permission:

• Use by any company or team with annual revenue over $25,000

• Use in or by a major publisher (e.g., Wizards of the Coast, Paizo, DriveThruRPG, etc.)

• Bundling or redistributing assets, even if modified or embedded

• Claiming the artwork as your own

• Training an AI model with these assets (I know... just in case)
